  Awful experience at this store today. My husband and my two young children went to select a replacement mattress for the second faulty one in a row. The staff were moaning about being too busy for fag or lunch breaks and we were told that no orders were neing processed today as they were too busy. Sharon reluctantly dealt with me and was so rude I had to ask my husband to take our two children outside as I didnt want them to witness how she was treating me. I was told I would have to phone customer services to agree to honour the price difference (replacement was cheaper than the original) and then phone her back. When I complained that I shouldnt have to do all the phoning around, she turned very aggressive. She told Me I was making a fool of myself, wasnt prepared to speak with me and she wasnt very well so didnt want to deal with it. I have left incredibly upset, I still have an unresolved situation a faulty mattress and two upset children who cannot understand why we live in world where people have to be so mean. Chewing gum with your mouth open does not say professional manager to me either.
