- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely disappointed at Tracy manageress attitude to my complaint,I had my hair highlighted two weeks ago and each day it was becoming more obvisous a mistake had been made with a patch short of colour so I rang to say about it ,expecting to be asked to go back so they could see but no I was told they had a 7 day policy and there was nothing she could do but if I liked to make a appointment they would put more highlights in at £4 a strip.so my £98 I paid was for a hairstyle Im not happy with and they couldnt be bothered to have a look or discuss it with me but their advert States they listen to their customers .By Admin, July 10, 2018
